Updating the time schedule

Once logged into the BroadWorks (masteraccess.com) platform, click the Schedules link.

Next, click on the Schedule 'Breg Omni Holidays'

1) Confirm if the holiday you need to set is already listed. If so skip to the next section (Updating the Omni Holiday Greeting), If not proceed to step 2.
2) Click Add to enter a new Holiday event.

1) Give the event a descriptive name.
2) Select the start and end date/times. if this is an all day event, click the all day event box.
3) If this should repeat (yearly, monthly, etc) then use the drop down menu and select the correct recurrence times.
4) Click OK to save changes.
Updating the Omni Holiday Greeting

From the main page, click Call Center under the Options pane.

Click 'Call Centers'

Select the 'Omni-Motion Queue'.
Click on 'Announcement Respository'.

Click Add.

1) Enter a descriptive name for this announcement.
2) Click Choose File and select the greeting wav file.
3) Click OK to save.

Click 'Routing Policies' under the Options pane.

Click Holiday Service.

1) Click the drop down menu and select the Holiday greeting.
2) Click OK to save changes.
