How to sign up for the servicer. Start from www.bluip.io.

Click on the first ball with a "lock" on it. (If signed in, sign out and start over.)
SIGN UP
Click the "SIGN UP" ball.
GO
Click "GO".
Basic Signup
Select the form based option.
Details
Fill out all the fields and click "Register".
Check your Email
Check your email to confirm the account and set a new password.
Link
Click on the link within the body of the email
Set Password
Set your password and click "Confirm".
Done
After clicking "Confirm" the page will reload and you're now signed into the Galaxy. Access to other applications is not available until requested and granted.
