Voice Portal




Click Services under the Options pane.



Click Voice Portal under Basic.



1) Click the bubble for ON to enable the voice portal.

2) If this voice portal will have a DID assigned, click the drop down menu and select the DID. If extension only, skip this step.

3) Set the extension of the voice portal.

4) You may wish to set an administrator password for the voice portal. Setting this to something unique will help combat fraud in the future.

5) Click OK to save changes.
