Each order that you place in the Orion system generates a ticket which will be used to track the order as it progresses through our processes.
Each ticket can be viewed both from your main partner account in Orion or by going in to the customer record where the order was placed. Click on the ticket ID to open the ticket and then scroll to the very bottom to get the latest update information on the ticket.
You will receive an email each time a ticket is updated and in the email you will see the status of that order.
The subject line of the ticket will contain the current status.
