How To - Change Next Bill Date (Activation Date)

ALWAYS PROVIDE ANY NEXT BILL DATE CHANGES TO BLUIP SO THAT THE CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR WHOLESALE INVOICE AS WELL.  THIS WILL ELIMINATE THE NEED TO SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR CREDIT OR TO RECREATE AN INVOICE.

On the customers account, select the Packages tab and change the Next Bill Date by doing the following:

  1. Click on the package description you want to change the bill date on
  2. On the next window, change the Next Bill Date (i.e. next bill date is currently 01/01/2017, change to 02/01/2017).  You can change Next Bill Dates as many times as necessary.
  3. Select Save (changes the next bill date on only the package you have selected).  Select Bulk Save (changes the next bill date on all packages).

Note:  If you have any packages that are being back-billed, make sure you don't change those dates.  Any packages that have already been billed (generally NRC's or equipment) will not have a date in the Next Bill Date column.  When changing dates, these will remain blank.
