911 Process Overview

  1. Partner configures the emergency services in Broadsoft at the group or user level.
  2. Partner provides an email to provisioning@bluip.com with the telephone number(s) configured for emergency calling in Broadsoft as well as the customer address information.
  3. BluIP will provision the customer phone number and address information with our 911 business partner.
  4. In the event that the address information does not validate correctly our 911 service provider will make every attempt to correct the address information within 24 business hours.
