Resetting A User's Web Access Password

Step 1: Browse to the specific user

After signing in to under the customer group, do a search for the specific user you need to update the PW on, and select them:

Select Passwords from the links below Basic under Profile:

Confirm the bubble for 'Set web access password' is clicked, then enter the new password and click OK to save changes:
