A Price Plan at the Customer level will override the Global price list and effect all packages on only the customer's account
NOTE: THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE PRICE PLAN PER CUSTOMER
Go to the Customer account (Packages always reside on the Customer account)
Go to the Overview tab
- Under the heading Components
- Select Add
- From the drop-down menu, select Price Plan
Leave all boxes blank. The Price Plan remains in effect until deleted.
Save
On the next screen, add Packages to the Price Plan by selecting the Add button
A list of available packages will appear
- Click on the Package Name (hyperlink)
- Select Add
- Enter the Price (Note: If the package has a Dial Tone Price, do not make changes to to the Dial Tone price. The combined total of the Basic Service and the Dial Tone Service make up the total price of the package.)
- Save
- The Package will be added to the Price Plan
- Select Add to continue adding packages to the Price Plan.
- When all packages have been added to the Price Plan, select the Save button
Adding a Package to an Existing Price Plan
Click on Price Plan (hyperlink)
- Selecting the Add button
- Click on the Package Name (hyperlink)
- Select Add
- Enter the Price Note: On this example, there is an MRC (Monthly Reoccuring) price and an NRC (Non-reoccuring) price
- Save to save the package
Remember: Do not make changes to Dial Tone price. The combined total of the Basic Service and the Dial Tone Service make up the total price of the package.)
Save again to save the Price Plan
- The Package will be added to the Price Plan
Removing the Price Plan
On the Overview tab, across from the Price Plan Component
- Select Delete
Removing a Package from the Price Plan
- Click on the Price Plan (hyperlink)
- Select the Package by clicking on the box to the left of the Package name
- Select Delete
- Save
- Select OK
- Save the Price Plan
