Joining a Call Center

Click Users.

1) Enter part of or the full last name of the user you wish to setup Busy Lamp Field for.

2) Click Search.

Click on the users First Name.

Click Call Control on the Options pane.

Click Call Centers under Advanced.

1) You can change the ACD state of agents from this page too. If set to Available, the agent is free to receive calls.

2) Click the box under Join Call Center for the specific call center you wish the agent to join.

3) Click OK to save changes.
