Time Schedules

 

 

 

On the main profile page, click Schedules under Basic

 

 

Click Add

 

 

1) Enter a descriptive name for this schedule. Ex: Business Hours

2) Select Time if this will be a schedule used everyday, or Holiday if this will be a special schedule only used during certain holidays

3) Click OK to continue

 

 

You will be returned to the Schedules Add page. Click on the name of the schedule you just created.

 

 

Click Add

 

 

1) For Event Name, enter a descriptive title. Ex Business hours

2) Click the calendar icon and choose a date you want this schedule to begin. Set the start time and then choose the drop down menu for AM/PM. If this will be an all day event (24 hours) click the All Day Event box, otherwise leave it unchecked.

3) Click the calendar icon and choose a date you want this schedule to end. This should be the same date. Set the End time and choose the drop down menu for AM/PM.

4) If this schedule should repeat, choose the appropriate Recurs pattern from the drop down menu.

 

 

1) Fill out the recurs pattern if needed. For the example above, this is a typical work week business hours from 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri.

2) Click OK to save changes
