Change Auto Attendant greeting from user's phone

Click Services under the Options pane.

Click Voice Portal under Basic.

1) Ensure the Voice Portal is enabled.

2) Ensure the Voice Portal has an extension populated.

3) Set an administrator password for the voice portal. Set this to something unique to help combat fraud in the future.

5) Click OK to save changes.

From the User's Phone:

From the user's phone, dial into the extension of the voice portal.

Press the star key *

Enter the voice portal extension and the pound key #

Enter the voice portal admin password and the pound key #

Press 1 to change the AA greeting.

Enter the AA extension and the pound key #

Press 1 to change the Business hours greeting or 2 for the After hours greeting.

Follow the voice prompts to record your greeting.
