Dialing a number

1) Enter the 10-digit number you wish to place a call to.

2) Click the Dial button.

You will now receive a call on your registered desk phone. Once you answer this call, you will be connected to the number you entered in step 1.

Answering a call

1) When an incoming call shows up in the window, the Answer button will become available.

2) Click the Answer button.

Placing a call on hold

1) When a call state is "Talking" the Hold button will become available.

2) Click the Hold button.

Retrieving a held call

1) When a call state is "Held" the Answer button will become available.

2) Click the Answer button.

 

Sending an incoming call to voice mail

1) When an incoming call shows up in the window, the Send to VM button will become available.

2) Click the Send to VM button and the incoming call will be directly transfered to your voice mail.

Transfering a call

1) You must have a current call active and in the "Talking" state.

2) Enter the extension or 10-digit number of the party you wish to transfer this call to.

3) Click the Transfer button.

Conferencing calls

1) When you have two or active calls, the Conference button will become available.

2) Click the Conference button to bridge all calls on your screen together.

Setting the CommPilot Express Profile

1) Click the drop down menu button for Profile

2) Select a profile from the list to activate those rules for your line.

Note: Speak to your phone service provider to change make changes to these rules
